Dr. Gavin Reid: psychologist, author and conference speaker
Dr. Gavin Reid is an international independent educational psychologist with active consultancies in seven countries including the UK, Canada, Middle East and Switzerland.
He has been visiting professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Special Education at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada and is currently a director of the Red Rose School in St. Annes on Sea in Lancashire UK., Global Educational Consultancies (GEC) and a consultant to the Institute of Child Education and Psychology, Europe (ICEPE) and the Open University in the UK and a number of other organisations, such as the BBC in the UK and the Child Early Intervention Medical Center (CEIMC) in Dubai. He was formerly a senior lecturer in the Department of Educational Studies, Moray House School of Education, University of Edinburgh from 1991-2007. He has written and edited 28 books, some of which are now in the 3rd and 4th editions.

Dr. Gavin Reid is a fully registered Psychologist with the BC College of Psychologists in Canada and a registered chartered psychologist with the BPS / HCPC in the UK, which is the official registration body for practicing psychologists.
